If your Cam can't see and it keeps loading, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
1. Confirm the status of the indicator light, and check whether the network is stable, please switch to SD mode to check whether there is outflow;
2. Please restart the router and reset the camera and reconnect it again to check this situation;
We recommend that you place the camera as close to the router as possible.
3. Whether the camera can be viewed when the phone is connected to a hotspot;
4. Whether other mobile phones can view the camera normally;
5. Check whether the firmware is the latest version.
