How can I get the recording out of the cameras?

To ensure user security and privacy, the videos saved on SD cards are not directly accessible for watching or downloading using a card reader.

1. Accessing SD Card Videos:

View the camera's SD card videos through the playback feature within the app.

Utilize your phone's recording function to save videos while watching SD card videos, saving them in your phone's album.

Edit the saved videos on your phone as desired.​

 

2. Manual Recording without SD Card:

If you don't use an SD card, you can choose to manually record and log video or pictures for a specific period.

These videos or images will be saved directly in the gallery.

 

3. Downloading Videos from the Gallery:

If you want to save and download videos from the gallery:

Click "Gallery" below the camera's live video within the app.

Select one of the videos from the gallery.

Click the share icon on the far right in the lower right corner of the video.

Choose "Save Video" to save the video in your phone's photo album.

Important Notes:

Videos saved on SD cards have a specific format that prevents direct access with external devices.

The playback feature within the app allows you to view and manage recorded videos.

Utilize your phone's recording function for saving videos from SD card playback.

Editing options are available once videos are saved to your phone's album.
