How to share the cameras with other people?

For user security reasons, a camera can only be bound to one account and one phone at a time. That is to say, a camera can only have one owner at a time.

There are three ways to have other people have access to your cameras.

1)Account Sharing

If you wish to share the cameras with someone close, the easiest way is to share with the one your Account and Password.

Our App supports logging one account on multiple phones.

2)Device Sharing

1.Open App, click the camera to go to the live stream page.

2.Click the '...' in the upper right corner.

3.Scroll down and find 'Share Device'.

4.Click 'Add'.

5.Choose the region as yours and input the account you want to share your camera with.

3)Home Management

1.Open the APP and click "Me".

2.Find and click "Home Management".

3.Select the Home you created (if you don't have one, you can click "Create a home" to create one first)

4.Click "Add Member", then fill in the account number of the person you want to share
