What to do if the camera is not detcting movements?
1)Please check if 'Motion Detection' is on.
1.Enter the live stream page, click the rightmost features key.
2.Scroll down to check 'Mition Detection'.
If the icon is gey, this feature is off; if the icon is blue, this feature is on.
2)If 'Motion Detection' is on, you can check the 'Detection Alarm Settings' to set the level to higer ones.
Motion detection has a certain range.
Detection distance
Low sensitivity: 2-4 meters trigger
Medium sensitivity: 3-5 meters trigger
High sensitivity: 4-6 meters trigger
3)If the camera still does not detect, please plug out the camera, then plug it in, reset it and reconnect.
Note:
When Motion Detection is on, messages will be sent after the camera detects movement.
Human movement; objects like wind, grass, trees, insects, and animals; the changes in the light will all trigger the detection.
If you turn on HUman detection, the camera will only detect when it recognizes people's head.
