What to do if I do not received alerts when motion detected.
If the movement is detected by the camera and you can see it in the message center but no alets sent to your phone.
1)Please check if permission for sending notifications has been granted to the App.
1.Click the "me" and go to settings in upper right.
2.Select pricacy setting
3.Check if 'Notifications' is on.
2)Please check the 'Notification Settings' to see if notification is on.
1.Open App, click the voice icon to enter nitifications.
2.Click the settings/gear icon in the upper right hand to enter notification settings.
If everything is on, please uninstall the App and reboot your phone, then install the App again to check if nitifications will be working again.
